2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, shipping destination, and logistical factors. Customers will be notified via SMS or email regarding order status.

3. Payment

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You only pay once the product is delivered to your doorstep. No advance payment or online transaction is required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery time is between 7–15 working days, depending on your location and the product type. In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Availability

All items listed are subject to availability. In case a product is out of stock after your order is placed, you will be informed promptly, and no charges will be applied.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy on applicable products. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Some items (e.g., undergarments, beauty products, or personal electronics) may not be returnable due to hygiene/safety reasons.

7. Product Descriptions & Images

We aim to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or batch differences. These will not be considered grounds for returns unless the product is significantly different.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are fixed at the time of order confirmation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Sasta Mart reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

Sasta Mart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
