1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Product must be in its original packaging with tags (if any)
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons, such as:

  • Undergarments
  • Beauty or skincare products that have been opened
  • Personal care or health devices
  • Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling

4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours at info@sasstamart.pk
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • We will either arrange a replacement or process a refund (as applicable)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the return status
  • If approved, the refund will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days

Note: Refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery charges, if any.


6. Exchange Option

In cases where refund is not applicable, you may be offered a product exchange or store credit of equal value.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • We will provide the return address and instructions upon approval of the return request.
